BAYTAN, who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1974, worked as a freelance lawyer registered with the Ankara Bar Association between 1977-1990. He first served as the Prime Ministry Public Partnership Administration, then as Chief Legal Counsel, Vice President, and Presidential Advisor at the Prime Ministry Privatization Administration; He served as “Minister Advisor” at the Ministry of State responsible for Treasury and Public Banks and the Ministry of State responsible for Privatization.

In addition to his main duties, in the “Privatization Specialization Commission” established by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in 1993; Member of the “Commission Established for the Purpose of Privatization and Restructuring” of T. Ziraat Bank, T. Halk Bank and T. Real Estate Bank in 2000; He also served as Chairman and/or Member of the Board of Directors in many public institutions.

During his tenure at the Privatization Administration, he served as a member or chairman of many tender commissions regarding the selection of consultants and privatization practices.

BAYTAN, who participated in many panels, symposiums and conferences on privatization as a speaker, has the book “PRIVATION LAW and APPLICATIONS”, the first edition of which was published in 1999, and the expanded and updated second edition was published in 2009 and is the only source in its field in terms of its scope.

Mr. BAYTAN graduated from Ankara Academy of Economics and Commerce in 1970 and from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1988. Between 1976 and 1999, he worked as Inspector, Head of Inspection Board, General Director invarious public institutions and he worked as Minister Consultant. During that period he also acted as member of Board of Directors and member of Supervisory Board in several public institutions.

In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. BAYTAN is an economist and he continues his career in BAYTAN Law Office since merging with Mr. İlhan BAYTAN and Mr. Tufan BAYTAN in 2002.

Mr. BAYTAN graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1996. He has been a member of Ankara Bar Association and he has been practicing as a self-employed lawyer since 1997. He is legal advisor of many national and international firms operating in the fields of tourism and construction.

In addition to his experiences in Civil Aviation Law, he provided legal advice to local authorities; he attented the inservice training seminers of Firms with ISO Certificate as lecturer.

His foreign languages are English and Russian.

Mr. KELEKCIBASI graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2000. He is a member of Ankara Bar Association and he has been working as a self-employed lawyer since 2001.

He attended certificate programmes of Ankara Bar Association on criminal law. He provides legal advice concerning Labor and Social Security Law and Tax Law to national and international firms.

His foreign language is English.

Mrs. KARAMAN graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2004 and she has been a member of Ankara Bar Association since 2005. She completed master’s degree programme in Ankara University Social Sciences Institute, on Tax Law. In addition, she has a certificate on Competition Law -which is equivalent to one-year postgraduate study- granted by Ankara University Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law and a certificate on European Convention on Human Rights.

Her foreign language is German

He graduated from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law in 2020. He has been working at Baytan Law Firm since 2021 as a registered member of the Ankara Bar Association. He mainly works in the fields of Commercial Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Consumer Law, Contracts Law, Tort and Compensation Law, Intellectual and Industrial Rights (Trademark and Patent Law, Copyright Law), Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.

Her foreign language is English
